Jayne L. Garrett refers to herself as a “recovering serious person.”

A native New Yorker, who currently resides in San Antonio, Texas, Jayne by profession is a writer, lyricist, speaker and executive coach. Coaching business executives and facilitating high-level meetings around the world, she recognized a need for emphasizing authentic creative expression in business and non-profit arenas. Now, whether in one-on-one or group sessions, she guides individuals to explore their infinite possibilities in lighthearted and thoughtful ways, while leading them to better appreciate their unique contributions in the workplace and to the world.

“It is my goal to be like a lighthouse, or a beacon of light, that assists others in tapping into their own joy and lightness,” Jayne says.

A member of the International Coach Federation, Jayne is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), currently serving on the Board of the San Antonio Professional Coaches Association (SAPCA). She also is a member of the Leadership America Class of 2002 that each year selects women leaders from across the nation to discuss current issues. As a volunteer within her community, she donates time to various organizations and events, including the Texas Special Olympics, an organization close to her heart.
